SAMx dongle protection Key update

The program you are downloading key.exe, 
contains the protection program updkey.exe. 
The updkey.exe will be copied by this process
to the bin subdirectory of XmasPLus.
Furthermore The updkey.exe program will be ran
to update the protection dongle.
No other action is required to update the dongle.
